The Role As a Print Operator, you’ll play a hands-on role in every stage of the print and production process. From preparing files to running high-speed laser and inkjet equipment, you’ll help ensure projects are produced accurately, efficiently, and on time. You’ll collaborate closely with Client Services, Sales, and Technical teams while maintaining strong vendor relationships—all in a fast-paced production environment where quality and attention to detail matter. Schedule: Monday–Friday 8:00 AM-4:30PM Key Responsibilities Prepare and coordinate print jobs from setup through completion Communicate with Client Services, Sales, and IT to ensure projects meet specifications, standards, and deadlines Set up and operate high-speed laser and inkjet printers, producing single or multiple variable-data documents Perform required quality checks and reprint damaged documents as needed Stage, acclimate, and change paper rolls safely and efficiently Conduct routine preventive maintenance on printing presses (cleaning rollers, print heads, filters, dusting, etc.) Operate inline finishing equipment, including folders, bundlers, and stackers Maintain strong, professional relationships with vendors Keep the production area clean, safe, and organized Perform other related duties as assigned Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced production environment Strong attention to detail, including inspecting files for font issues, image resolution, and defects Ability to read, understand, and follow detailed written and verbal instructions Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and take initiative Working knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Office Additional digital skills a plus (Adobe Acrobat, print equipment software, email, internet) Desktop, print, or copy experience preferred Experience with continuous roll-fed equipment and DFEs (Fiery, Prisma, TotalFlow) a plus Knowledge of USPS postal regulations a plus Ability to pass drug screening, E-Verify, and background check Benefits & Work Environment Medical, dental, vision, and supplemental insurance Paid Time Off (PTO), sick time, and paid holidays Quarterly bonus opportunities 401k with employer match Monday through Friday schedule Casual business attire—jeans are welcome Supportive, people-focused culture with growth opportunities
