Simply Seated is expanding its creative production team and we’re on the lookout for a skilled Print Operator / Technician to manage our large format printing operations in a warehouse environment. This role is perfect for someone coming from a production or exhibition company background – not your average small print shop!

What You’ll Be Doing

• Operating and maintaining large format printers (roll-to-roll and flatbed)
• Producing print assets for exhibitions, signage, displays, and brand activations
• Preparing files for print, colour-checking, and ensuring top-quality output
• Managing print schedules and coordinating with warehouse & install teams
• Troubleshooting issues with print hardware and software
• Maintaining a clean, organised production area within the warehouse
• Occasionally assisting with finishing, mounting, or event pack-downs if required

What We’re Looking For

• Experience with large format printing in a production or exhibition setting
• Familiarity with RIP software, colour management, and file setup (Adobe Suite knowledge preferred)
• Technically minded with the ability to troubleshoot equipment
• Comfortable working in a hands-on, warehouse-based environment
• Excellent time management and attention to detail
• Ability to prioritise under pressure and meet deadlines
• A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to be part of a team
• Experience in signage, event production, or exhibitions is a must
