We have a fantastic opportunity for a Print Output Operator to join our Paragon Customer Communications site in Peterborough.
As the Print Output Operator, you will be responsible for processing client data according to their instructions, providing various printing methods, and offering additional technical support to staff as needed.
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am - 5:30pm

REQUIRED SKILLS:

· Competent and experienced using Microsoft packages including Excel

  • ‘Postage’ system knowledge and understanding of Artwork would be beneficial
  • An analytical, creative, and results-focused individual
  • A data-driven individual with excellent data processing skills
  • Reasonable technical support knowledge
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Customer focused with the ability to work on your own as well as within a team

Responsibilities
  • To process client data for output on various media
  • To log all client data and ensure they are ready for processing
  • To check all work processed before it leaves the department
  • To resolve any issues that arise with data processing and report them to the Head of Print Output
  • Provide technical support for all PCC Peterborough staff (when required)
  • To produce processing schedule reports and email to various staff in the absence of those who normally do this
  • Comply with Health and Safety standards within the workplace
  • To attend and comply with all training
  • Undertake to comply with the Information Security Management Systems (ISMS) and its associated policies.
  • To perform any other duties which may be required from time to time.
