JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking a full-time Photo Manager to join our team and play a key role in supporting the preservation and organization of client photo collections. This position will begin as a hybrid role, providing assistance across several departments — including Print Photo Organizing, Digitizing, Digital Photo Organizing, and select administrative tasks — in order to learn our workflows and gain a comprehensive understanding of our services.
Our goal is for this role to transition into a dedicated position within our Print Photo Organizing Department, where the Photo Manager will take primary ownership of managing and processing print collections. This includes working hands-on with photographs, albums, scrapbooks, and memorabilia to sort, categorize, and prepare collections for preservation and digitization. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about helping families safeguard their memories in meaningful ways.
