JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Finishing Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining printing equipment, ensuring high-quality output, and troubleshooting any issues that arise during the printing process. This role requires a strong understanding of printing techniques and a commitment to delivering exceptional results.

SKILLS

• Proficiency in operating printing and binding equipment, like cutters, Duplo, Folding equipment, including knowledge of digital and offset printing processes.
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality control.
• Ability to troubleshoot mechanical issues effectively.
• Good communication skills for collaborating with team members and understanding job requirements.
• Basic computer skills for job setup and monitoring print runs.
• Familiarity with color management techniques is a plus.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Print finishing using the cutter and Duplo
• Creasing, perforating, saddle stitching
• Sorting, bundling, packaging
• Using the heat-press and signage finishing
• Mounting, laminating, gluing, and padding
• Custom finishing and prep
