We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Print Production Assistant to join our dynamic team. This is an

Position Overview:
The ideal candidate will possess a strong attention to detail, the ability to thrive in a fast-paced seasonal environment,
and the physical stamina to stand and move for extended periods. You will play a crucial role in assisting the production
of dye sublimation prints, ensuring that projects are completed accurately and on time.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the production of paper prints for sublimation, including setting up print jobs and operating printing equipment.
  • Monitor print quality and make necessary adjustments to ensure specifications are met.
  • Prepare materials for printing by loading and unloading paper onto the printer, maintaining cleanliness, and performing

routine equipment maintenance.

  • Assist in managing the heat press operators’ schedule according to fabric deadlines.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote efficiency.
  • Communicate any issues related to prints and fabric from the heat press operators to management, ensuring quality

concerns are addressed before release.

  • Help maintain weekly inventory levels to ensure smooth operations.
  • Prepare digital files and set up large printers for production.
  • Color matching PMS colors using Caldera Rip Software and raster images using Adobe Photoshop.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in large format print production or textile print production.
  • Familiarity with the Caldera RIP system is a plus.
  • Intermediate experience with Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator (3+ years)
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required to facilitate effective communication within our diverse team.
  • Strong understanding of workflow management and the ability to effectively communicate the urgency of date specific

projects to team members

  • Strong attention to detail and eye for color.
