OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a versatile and creative Print Production Assistant with strong graphic design skills to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for design, experience preparing files for print, and the ability to operate professional printing equipment. This role combines hands-on production with creative design, offering an exciting opportunity to grow in both areas.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.

DESIRED SKILLS:

• Hands-on experience with digital printing equipment.
• Knowledge of package design.
• Basic machining or fabrication skills.
• Ability to bring creative concepts into physical production.

• Operate Roland printers, laminators, and Graphtec plotters to produce banners, stickers, decals, and apparel.
• Create engaging and innovative designs for print, digital, and social media platforms.
• Prepare and optimize files for production, ensuring accuracy and quality.
• Produce high-quality graphics using Adobe Creative Suite.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
