We’re looking for a Print Production & Design Assistant who’s passionate about print, detail-driven, and comfortable bouncing between operating digital presses and preparing design files. This is a junior-level role with room to grow — perfect for someone who enjoys a mix of hands-on and creative work.

• Review, adjust, and prep design files from online orders to ensure they’re print-ready
• Design or edit materials for print (flyers, books, labels, signage, etc.)
• Operate digital print equipment (Xerox, Ricoh, etc.) and ensure consistent print quality
• Communicate with clients (via email or phone) when needed about their design files
• Produce occasional graphics for social media (content provided)
• Perform basic maintenance on print machines and equipment
• Follow specific job instructions and maintain quality and colour accuracy across jobs
• Support general production and finishing tasks when required
