MPM Wristbands is one of the UK’s leading manufacturers and distributors of Wristbands & Lanyards supplying our customers for over 15 years. We work with some of the biggest brand names in the UK and the world providing wristbands and event consumables to some of the UK’s largest stadiums, charities, brands and clubs. Our client base is varied and our projects are exciting.

JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a skilled Print & Production Operator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for various production tasks, ensuring that all operations run smoothly and efficiently. This role requires a strong attention to detail and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
A typical day would consist of assisting your colleagues in printing & producing various products that we manufacture at our solar powered production facility. Utilising your skill set and experience to discuss printing and production options, advising in design concepts and appropriate print processes. Handling goods in and out, helping with general maintenance and installation of plant and machinery. Carrying out a day to day up keep of our studios to ensure our facility is kept clean and tidy, whilst functioning efficiently and at a constant high standard.
We’re a lovely bunch - There is always a selection of Disco, 80s, 90s and all other types of music on the go and there is always one of the dogs relaxing on the sofa.

KEY SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:

  • Be of a positive mindset.
  • Maintain an organised warehouse environment, ensuring all parts and materials are stored correctly.
  • Experience in Graphic Design or the will to learn.
  • Have a strong attention to detail.
  • Experience in print and various processes.
  • Experience in manufacturing.
  • Be able to communicate efficiently, politely and directly via email, on the phone and in person.
  • Be able to work to strict deadlines.
  • Drive and have your own vehicle
  • Be confident within yourself and your personal goals & objectives.
