Description
Job Description At Rituals, we believe in turning everyday routines into meaningful moments. And not just for our customers, but for our teams too. As a Print Production Specialist, you’ll play a key role in bringing our in-store communication strategy to life across all retail formats from our own stores to our partners like Sephora, Douglas, and travel retail locations. In this hands-on, operational role, precision and structure are everything. You’ll make sure that every printed element, from campaign visuals to product displays, arrives in store on time, in full, and exactly as envisioned. You’ll be the connecting link between our creative teams, suppliers, and stores, ensuring our brand is consistently and beautifully represented everywhere our customers shop. For 32 hours per week, you will: Coordinate the production and delivery of all in-store communication materials across Rituals stores, wholesale partners, travel retail, and outlets. Prepare and manage clear, detailed briefs for our printing partners in the Netherlands and Belgium. Collaborate closely with internal teams and external vendors to check translations, pricing, and artwork accuracy. Support with administrative tasks such as file checks and purchase orders in Excel and Step. Anticipate bottlenecks and keep projects running smoothly, ensuring everything is delivered correctly and on time. Qualifications You’re the perfect fit if you: Experience in coordination or administrative roles. Work fast and accurately, with a keen eye for detail. Proficient in Excel and confident picking up new systems. Feel at home in structured processes and enjoy keeping track of multiple deadlines. Communicate clearly in English and thrive in a collaborative team setting. Are proactive, organised, and known for being one step ahead. Please note: this is not a design position. It’s about operational excellence, not creating artwork. You’ll turn approved creative concepts into tangible, high-quality printed materials. About the Team: You’ll join a close-knit team of six at our Herengracht HQ. Together, we oversee the full lifecycle of in-store POS materials for every retail channel. We value precision, teamwork, and ownership — and believe that a good laugh (and a great coffee) make even the busiest days better. The next steps are: Submit your application via our careers site Our recruiter, Camilla Milson, will contact you within 10 working days A first interview with the Hiring Manager and Team Member A business case will follow and second interview In the event of a positive outcome, you will receive a proposal with the terms of employment. Please note, applications via email will not be considered. Any questions? Contact Camilla, at [email protected].
