Description

Bluetree Group is a leading print manufacturing company dedicated to delivering high-quality print products and exceptional customer experiences. We are currently seeking a Print Supervisor to join our dynamic Production Management team.
This is a full-time position; you will be working 42.5 hours per week, on a shift rotation covering days, nights and weekends.
Salary is £33,000-£41,000 depending on experience.
We are looking for a motivated and driven Production Supervisor to join our busy print production facility in Wath-Upon-Dearne, Rotherham. This is a key role where you’ll lead and support a dedicated team, ensuring we deliver on our commitments of speed, quality, service, and sustainability for our customers. We’re seeking someone who is organised, proactive, and eager to learn and grow within the role, while helping us maintain and continuously improve the high standards of our operation.
With same-day turnaround available across many of our product lines, our production environment is fast-paced and dynamic. We’ll provide comprehensive training on supervising within print, along with an introduction to our equipment and processes. However, prior experience in supervising or managing people is essential. You should have a solid background in a production or manufacturing setting, with proven ability to prioritise workloads, delegate tasks effectively, and communicate clearly. A hands-on, can-do attitude and a keen eye for detail are also key to ensuring every print meets our high standards of quality.

WHAT SKILLS ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

  • Organising the production schedule and prioritising workload to ensure deadlines are met
  • Managing production staff, instilling a collective team environment and leading by example.
  • Quality control, maintaining our highest standards on all orders.
  • Stock management, including stock taking
  • Following our sustainability processes, including the monitoring and reducing of waste materials and correct disposal of recyclable and non-recyclable materials.
  • Following and implementing health and safety measures
