Responsibilities will be to assist in managing Production, in all areas. The ideal candidate will have experience in all areas of Print, Finishing and Lettershop. However training can be given if the right candidate is stronger in some areas than others. Passing Probation would be dependent on being able to demonstrate Team Leader skills and that the employee can set-up (within a given time) and mind (at a predetermined speed) any one of our machines.
