We’re on the lookout for a motivated individual to join our growing Print Room team at Expert Workwear, one of the UK’s leading suppliers of branded and custom workwear.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who’s keen to learn and grow within a specialist production environment. You’ll be starting with the heat press machines but will quickly be trained across the entire Direct-to-Film (DTF) printing process — from artwork creation to order dispatch.

• Operate heat presses to apply printed designs to garments.
• Learn and eventually manage the full Direct-to-Film (DTF) print workflow:
• Create and prepare artwork using PC software.
• Print transfers using our state-of-the-art DTF equipment.
• Match printed media to the correct order tickets and garments.
• Press, check, pack, and dispatch completed orders.
• Maintain and clean DTF printers daily, including basic troubleshooting.
• Organise and manage incoming orders across Preset, On-Tour, and Custom print categories.
• Maintain a high standard of print quality and logo placement.
• Support the department with stock control for consumables and print media.
• Manage workflow and timelines in a fast-moving, deadline-driven production space.
• Work collaboratively within a small team (currently 3 people), with the potential to step into a team leader-style role as the department grows.
