Position Summary The Print Sales Support Coordinator provides internal print sales support and coordinates print jobs from order entry through production and delivery. This role ensures job accuracy, tracks progress, and communicates details between sales and production in a fast-paced print environment. The ideal candidate is detail-driven, organized, and enjoys being involved in the full lifecycle of a print job. Key Responsibilities Support and Order Management Support sales staff with quotes, order entry, and job setup Review job specifications for accuracy and completeness Maintain accurate job records and production documentation Assist with scheduling and prioritizing incoming work Tracking and Job Coordination Coordinate job details and timelines between sales and production Track jobs through production and follow up on proofs and approvals Ensure in-house orders are completed and ready for pickup or delivery Reporting and Problem Solving Generate reports and prioritize orders as needed, pinpointing potential opportunities Creative Problem-solving with order issues Document all communications within online systems Requirements Education: Bachelor’s degree Preferred Experience: Sales Experience - Commercial Print Sales preferred Skills: Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. Print terminology, job tickets, and production flows a plus Effective multi-tasking and time management in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Attention to detail High energy and a positive, solution-oriented mindset. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and NetSuite; experience with order management software is a plus.
