ABOUT THIS JOB: The Screen Technician is an expert when it comes to quality work and ensures that all screens for printing are registered and aligned correctly. They will be driven to achieve their best work and in a fast paced environment as they are responsible for the preparation and care of all screens used in the screen printing area. RESPONSIBILITIES: Reclaim - Removal of ink & emulsion from the used screens preparing them for reuse. Emulsion - Application of the emulsion chemical to prep the screen for printing. Printing/Burning & Washout. - Printing of the image separation onto the screen, burning the screen activating the emulsion, washing out of the image preparing the screen for use Taping - Taping off the image in final preparation for the use of the screen on the press. Order/alias movements - Moving the order through an internal order management system based on the steps of the process. Must have great attention to detail, even with repetitive processes. Must have knowledge of basic computer skills/operation. Must be able to communicate effectively with team members at all levels. Must be able to follow instructions, both written and verbal. Must be able to work under deadlines and quotas. Must be able to prioritize daily tasks to ensure full completion. Must be able to lift 40 pounds.

Responsibilities
