Responsibilities

THE ROLE:

Join our dynamic team in the Bendigo (or Ballarat) region and play a crucial part of our Managed IT and Print solutions team as a skilled and dedicated Print Technician. In this full-time role, you will take responsibility for providing excellent customer service by delivering high-quality repairs, installations, and general print & software-related support. If you are passionate about delivering a high level of service and possess a keen eye for quality print solutions, this opportunity is tailor-made for you!

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

  • Install, maintain, and repair a range of Multi-Function Photocopiers, Printers and Scanners
  • Provide excellent customer service ensuring service calls and repairs are performed in a professional and timely manner
  • Be able to work independently but also as part of a team

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL REQUIRE:

  • Experience within the photocopier service and repair industry
  • Proven prioritisation and diagnostic skills
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and can be self-motivated
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • A solid understanding of print connectivity and ability to diagnose IT related issues
  • Valid driver’s licence
  • Blue card or ability to attain working with children
