NOW HIRING: PRINTER SUPPORT TECHNICIAN (ONSITE – RALEIGH, NC)

  • Duration: 12 months (with potential for extension)
  • Benefits: Available after 30 days
  • Travel: Up to 25% statewide travel (within North Carolina)
  • Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. (U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder only)

CANDIDATES WHO DO NOT MEET THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED:

  • 5+ years of customer service experience in a printer or computer support environment
  • Experience managing projects with cross-functional teams
  • Technical experience with:
  • Printer/computer maintenance and support
  • Software driver installation
  • Basic networking (IP, SNMP)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel & PowerPoint required)
  • Experience with Power BI or D365 is a plus

QUALIFICATIONS & CHARACTER TRAITS

  • Associate Degree preferred (or equivalent industry experience)
  • High energy, well-organized, and customer-focused
  • Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

    This is a 12-month, revolving contract position with the possibility of renewal. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

ROLE OVERVIEW

We are seeking a Printer Support Technician to work onsite with one of our key clients in Raleigh, NC. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service and technical support experience with printers and computer hardware/software, along with a proactive and organized approach to supporting day-to-day operations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Monitor service levels and ensure SLA adherence
  • Serve as the primary onsite liaison between the client and technical teams
  • Manage onsite print environment operations, including:
  • Inventory collection and validation
  • Consumables management and escalation tracking
  • Device training and end-user support
  • Support new implementations and deployments
  • Participate in status meetings and provide performance reports
  • Conduct physical inventory and assist with issue resolution
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through timely, quality support
