We are seeking a skilled and motivated large format Printer/Print Finisher to join our production team in Aston, Birmingham. This full-time role involves operating a wide range of advanced printing and finishing equipment, including:

• Canon and Fuji flatbed printers
• HP Latex printers
• Epson solvent printers
• Gerber Edge printers
• Zund G3 cutter/router
• RollsRoller flatbed applicator
• Sallmetall laminator
• Summa cutters

You’ll also be working with industry-standard software including:

• Onyx RIP
• Zund Cut Centre
• Gerber Omega

REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven experience with HP, Epson, Canon, and Fuji printers
• Proficiency in Onyx RIP, Zund Cut Centre, and Omega software
• Hands-on experience with Zund G3 cutter/router, RollsRoller applicator, and Sallmetall laminator
• Strong understanding of print production and finishing techniques
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility to manage changing workloads and meet deadlines

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Operate and maintain digital roll-to-roll and flatbed printing equipment
• Prepare and manage print files using Onyx RIP software
• Operate Zund G3 cutter/router via Zund Cut Centre software
• Use Gerber Omega software for cutting and printing
• Apply graphics using the RollsRoller flatbed applicator
• Laminate prints using the Sallmetall laminator
• Set up and run additional finishing machinery including heat welders
• Monitor print quality and make necessary adjustments
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot equipment issues
• Ensure timely and accurate completion of print jobs
• Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment
