REQUIREMENTS

• Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot various printing technologies.
• Familiarity with Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) specifications and guidelines.
• Experience as a service technician or in a similar role is preferred.
• Proficient in software troubleshooting related to printing processes.
• Understanding of computer hardware components relevant to printing operations.
• Knowledge of basic IT principles, including networking concepts.
• Ability to read schematics for effective equipment repair.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
