Position: Versatile Finishing Assistant – Bindery Workshop

Schedule: Day Shift – Flexible hours available

ABOUT THE POSITION:

Are you hands-on, resourceful, and detail-oriented? Accent Impression, a well-established printing company in Montreal, is looking for a Versatile Finishing Assistant to join its bindery workshop. You’ll play a key role in the finishing process of our printed products. If you enjoy physical work, handling paper, and have a good eye for quality, we want to meet you!

• Assist with cutting, folding, binding, laminating, and other manual finishing tasks
• Count, inspect, and package products coming off machines (folders, gluers, cutters)
• Strip sheets coming off the cutter
• Prepare materials needed for different production stages
• Collaborate with the production team to ensure fast turnaround and top-quality results
• Keep the workspace clean, safe, and organized
• Work efficiently, precisely, and with care
