Qualifications Job Overview   We are currently seeking skilled Press Operators to join our team. The Press Operator is responsible for operating and maintaining various types of presses to produce high-quality products efficiently.  Join our team and be part of a dynamic work environment where your skills are valued and developed.   Hours: 4:00pm -2:00am Monday thru Thursday and Fridays as needed to meet production requirements.  A 10% shift differential is offered for this role.    Responsibilities  * Set up and operate press machines according to job specifications * Monitor production to ensure quality standards are met * Perform routine maintenance on presses * Troubleshoot issues with equipment and make adjustments as needed * Inspect finished products for defects * Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment Requirements * High school diploma, GED or equivalent required * Experience in press operation or similar manufacturing roles preferred  * Proficiency in programming and operating press machines preferred * Good mechanical aptitude and skills - troubleshooting skills  * Strong mathematical skills for basic calculations * Strong work ethic safety conscious, and team player * Familiarity with quality control processes Physical Requirements * Regularly stand and walk for extended periods of time * Regularly work around moving machinery and heavy equipment  * Frequently required to push/pull  * Frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds  * Occasionally required to climb or balance, stoop, kneel, or crouch  * Regularly use vision abilities including close, distance, color and peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus
