We are recruiting a printing and production operative to with a Doncaster based organisation who are dedicated to producing high-quality products for their clients. They pride themselves on their commitment to excellence and a collaborative work environment. Due to recent growth plans they are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Print and Production Operative to join their team.
As a Print and Production Operative, you will play a crucial role in the production process, ensuring that all print and production tasks are carried out efficiently, accurately, and to the highest standards. You will work alongside a supportive team or independently, contributing to the seamless operation of the production line.

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

• Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify issues quickly.
• A good work ethic, with a commitment to meeting deadlines and achieving high standards.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
• Initiative and problem-solving skills to address challenges as they arise.
• Experience in print production or a similar environment is an advantage.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritise workloads in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of print machinery (i.e. laminating machine, Azund machines etc.) and production processes is an advantage but not essential.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Flexibility to work in different area’s as required

• Operate and maintain print production equipment to produce high-quality printed materials.
• Laminating of products
• Operation of Azund machines
• Set up, prepare, and adjust machines for different print jobs as required.
• Monitor and inspect printed materials for accuracy, quality, and colour consistency.
• Ensure that production targets and deadlines are met efficiently.
• Perform routine checks and maintenance of equipment to ensure proper functioning.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks.
• Take initiative to solve problems and troubleshoot issues as they arise during the production process.
• Maintain a clean and organised work environment.
• Always follow health and safety guidelines and company procedures.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure all aspects of production are running smoothly.
