We’re seeking a dedicated and experienced Prison Healthcare Team Leader to join our compassionate and skilled multidisciplinary team at the Isle of Man Prison in Jurby West. Just five minutes from Ramsey, this unique role offers the opportunity to lead and shape healthcare delivery in a secure setting, making a real difference to the lives of those in custody.
As a senior member of the team, you’ll provide clinical leadership and oversee the delivery of holistic care to individuals with a wide range of physical and mental health needs. From emergency response and chronic disease management to health promotion and rehabilitation, this is a highly varied role that demands both strategic oversight and hands-on clinical expertise.
You’ll work closely with internal and external partners to ensure continuity of care and uphold the highest standards of practice. This is a chance to lead a service that mirrors community healthcare provision, empowering individuals to take control of their health and supporting their journey towards rehabilitation.
