Here, you will join the Data Compliance Office – a highly skilled function that is expanding to meet increasing global demands. The team works closely with key functions such as Legal, Cybersecurity, Digital & IT, and Business Resilience to ensure ECCO navigates safely within the complex data protection and AI regulatory landscape. As our new Privacy Advisor, you will take on an active and engaging role in supporting the continued development, implementation and maintenance of ECCO’s data compliance activities. Together with your colleagues in the Data Compliance Office, you will translate complex privacy and AI requirements into solutions that colleagues across the organisation can apply in practice. Over time, we expect you will grow into an expert role, but you will start by learning through hands-on tasks, close teamwork and exposure to real compliance challenges. Your tasks will include: taking part in shaping and embedding ECCO’s Data Compliance Program step by step throughout the entire global organisation conducting risk, impact and legality assessments of projects, third-parties and processing activities that supports sound business decisions reviewing and drafting data processor agreements reviewing and drafting privacy policies, consent forms etc. assist in managing data subject rights’ requests.  assist in managing personal data breaches assist in maintaining and improving inventories and mapping of data processing activities, vendors, IT applications, and data flows and general compliance documentation assist in monitoring the regulatory development globally  support the training and awareness activities within the Data Compliance Program  Analytical, collaborative and ready to learnAs a person, you are curious, fast-learning and confident in working with both details and the bigger picture. You enjoy working across functions and cultures, and you bring the persistence needed to support and influence stakeholders on compliance topics.
