Our team of analysts and specialists will, when we are awarded the work, help reduce the FOIA request backlog and complete incoming requests as well as improve response times to Privacy Act requests. Do you have a documented history of work in FOIA, Privacy Act of 1974, privacy provisions of the E-Government Act and the Federal Information Security Modernization Act? Minimum Qualifications:

• Education
• Bachelor’s degree
• Experience
• 3 years of experience interpreting, implementing, and applying the privacy provisions of the E-Government Act and FISMA, including OMB’s implementing guidance
• Experience with Microsoft Office software (Access, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Outlook) and Adobe Acrobat Pro
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Education
• Bachelor’s degree in one of these fields: Biz Admin, Computer/Data Sci, Info/Data/Knowledge Mgmt, Law, Mgmt Info Sys, Paralegal Studies, Public Admin

• Experience

• • 5+ years of experience interpreting, implementing, and applying the privacy provisions of the E-Government Act and FISMA, including OMB’s implementing guidance
