Description
Develop deep expertise through a close partnership with legal. You will be the primary reviewer for Privacy Impact Assessments (PIAs) submitted by business and technology teams, analyzing new projects to identify potential privacy risks. You will partner directly with our privacy lawyers and our privacy assurance team to escalate complex issues, validate mitigation plans, and finalize assessments for approval. You will take the lead on conducting comprehensive Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs) for high-risk processing activities, documenting risks and required controls in detail. You will provide direct, practical guidance to project teams, helping them understand privacy requirements and implement privacy-by-design principles effectively. You will meticulously document your analysis, findings, and the required mitigation actions within our privacy management platform to ensure a clear and auditable record. Established and active employee resource groups Five years or equivalent combination of relevant education and experience. A foundational understanding of privacy principles and major data protection laws. Direct, hands-on experience conducting or reviewing Privacy Impact Assessments (PIAs) or Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs). Professional privacy certifications, such as CIPP (Certified Information Privacy Professional) or CIPM (Certified Information Privacy Manager). Experience using privacy management software (e.g., OneTrust) for conducting assessments. Experience working in a large, global organization and collaborating with legal and technical teams.
