We’re looking for a Privacy Analyst for a leading player in the automotive sector. You’ll play a key role in supporting global privacy compliance and act as a bridge between IT, Legal, and business.

Responsibilities
  • Support documentation and maintenance of processing activities (RoPA) in OneTrust across global markets.
  • Manage data subject requests and personal data breaches in collaboration with legal, business, and global privacy teams.
  • Develop and lead data hygiene initiatives, including data retention, cleansing, and deletion activities.
  • Promote and implement Privacy by Design in business and IT projects to ensure compliance with privacy regulations.
  • Contribute to the rollout of strategic privacy projects across the organization.
  • Collaborate with Information Security and other compliance functions to align IT and privacy efforts.
  • Provide clear, actionable guidance on privacy-related matters across business functions.
  • Maintain effective relationships with local privacy contacts and support regional compliance needs.
  • Monitor privacy legislation and translate requirements into business-relevant practices
