GROUP DETAILS

Tradeweb is seeking a mid-to-senior level Compliance Officer with deep expertise in data privacy, privacy by design, and AI governance to lead the organization’s efforts in embedding privacy and ethical AI practices across business operations. This role will champion compliance with global privacy laws (e.g., GDPR, CCPA), drive privacy by design in product and process development, and guide responsible adoption of AI technologies. The ideal candidate is a proactive advisor who can integrate privacy considerations into the entire data lifecycle—ensuring regulatory alignment and ethical standards in AI use cases.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree required; JD, CIPP/E, CIPM, or other recognized privacy certifications strongly preferred.
  • 5–10 years of experience in privacy, compliance, or related regulatory/legal roles.
  • Proven expertise in privacy by design implementation and privacy risk assessments.
  • In-depth knowledge of GDPR and global privacy laws, plus practical experience operationalizing compliance programs.
  • Familiarity with AI governance frameworks, algorithmic risk management, and regulatory standards around automated decision-making.Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
