What are you going to do?
As a Privacy and Information Security Specialist, you play a pivotal role in protecting sensitive customer information and ensuring a strong security posture within Nedap Healthcare. You are part of the White Team within the Data Protection Tribe and focus on privacy and information security tasks such as incident management, compliance, and process optimization.
Who will you work with?
You collaborate with internal stakeholders and external parties, such as auditors and suppliers. Additionally, you work with systems like ISMS, PIMS, and QMS to ensure compliance and security.

Your responsibilities

• Incident Management: Detect and resolve security incidents effectively;
• Compliance Support: Ensure the achievement and maintenance of certifications such as ISO 27001 and GDPR;
• Prevention: Proactively minimize risks to prevent incidents;
• Maintain Management Systems: Manage and enhance ISMS, PIMS, and QMS, including risk management and supplier oversight;
• Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues, share knowledge, and optimize processes;
• Communication: Manage internal and external communications related to data incidents.

Your team
As a Privacy and Information Security Specialist, you will work with the White Team of the Data Protection Tribe, a specialized team within Nedap Healthcare focused on data protection and information security. You report to the Team Lead and work in a hybrid setup: partly from our office in Groenlo and partly from home.

Required experience and skills

As a Privacy and Information Security Specialist, you have a significant influence on the success of the Data Protection Tribe. It is essential that you have an analytical mindset and proactively identify risks. You are an excellent communicator who can translate complex information into understandable solutions. Furthermore, you identify with the following:

• Expertise: A strong background in information security and/or privacy management;
• Certifications: Experience with compliance frameworks such as ISO 27001 and GDPR;
• Problem-Solving Skills: A proactive approach to tackling complex challenges;
• Project Management: Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects effectively;
• Collaboration: A team player who enjoys sharing knowledge and optimizing processes.

Good to know: You are available for 32–38 hours per week and work in a hybrid model, partly from our campus in Groenlo and partly from home.
