Description

Conduct privacy impact assessments and AI risk assessments across diverse data processing activities Manage privacy-related requests, ensuring timely triage and categorisation Support initial investigations of privacy incidents Assist with supplier compliance and re-assessments of high/medium risk processing activities Maintain records and perform quality assurance checks Participate in regular policy compliance reviews Contribute to the development of privacy notices, templates, and guidance Support external and internal data protection terms Collaborate with the Group Privacy team on additional privacy initiatives as required 1-2+ years' experience in privacy and/or legal roles Strong understanding of global privacy regulations and compliance standards Experience with contracts and data protection clauses Organised and capable of managing multiple priorities and stakeholders Excellent command of English with strong communication skills Familiarity with OneTrust and Jira is a plus Willingness to learn about the EU AI Act If you are excited about this role but your experience does not align exactly with every aspect of the job description, you are encouraged to apply.
