Role Overview: This entry-level position is responsible for ensuring our clients’ personal information is removed from the web and providing exceptional support via phone, chat, and email. You will be the primary contact for accounts, problem-solving for clients, and communicating updates to supervisors. Responsibilities: Identify and remove private information from online sources. Facilitate client onboarding, monthly reporting, and ongoing account support. Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing updates and resolving issues. Required Skills: Basic computer skills and familiarity with web browsers and Google Workspace (Drive, Sheets, Docs). Experience using popular search engines. Strong verbal and written communication. Professional phone presence for client support. Preferred Traits: Problem-solving mindset and ability to work in a team. Attention to detail and organizational skills.
