Managing day to day requirements of clients - account opening, account changes, remittances, bank transfers, KYC, investment related - Regularly speak with clients on their investments, lending and banking requirements. Be a strong back up to the RM to effectively manage the relationships. Support RMs in material /documents required for new client acquisition – liase with Product team to prepare presentations, collate reports and data , arrange for pitchbooks and relevant marketing material. Ensure timely completion of internal reporting Oversee Service Assistant desk – the desk takes care of the paperwork, liasing with branch, AMCs etc. AMs oversee the day to day working of the desk, training, monitoring, managing leave schedules. Resolve client queries Engage with Compliance, Legal, DIIPL, Midoffice , PCC and other relevant stakeholders wherever needed in order to manage relationships effectively, find solutions to clients needs/queries /transactions etc. Your skills and experience The candidate must be well versed with banking and investment products. If they have knowledge of lending products it will be advantageous.
