Comprehensive Expertise: You will be the single point of contact for everything from routine banking to credit coaching, giving you an unparalleled, holistic view of the banking industry. Core Responsibilities Client Engagement & Growth Manage live leads and utilize data mining to identify tailored financial opportunities. Drive outbound sales and provide valuable financial education to clients. Act as the welcoming face and voice of Physician Bank, ensuring a seamless, premium customer experience across phone, text, video messaging, and email. Accounts & Digital Management Guide clients through digital banking setups, password security, and account linking. Handle high-level account maintenance, including external transfer limits, P2P setup, wire transfers, and "move money" transactions. Manage complex account changes, travel notices, Reg E disputes, and tax form retrievals. Comprehensive Loan Support Serve as the primary point of contact for personal consumer loans. Coordinate seamlessly with mortgage lenders to assist with service inquiries, escrow, insurance, and tax forms for both retained and sold mortgages. Secondary Responsibilities Maintains the highest standards for confidentiality and security. Participates in all required BSA training and demonstrates knowledge of BSA relative to job responsibilities. Responsible for security as it applies to this position.
