This is a full time role with flexibility built in to support how you work best. It’s a great fit if you enjoy building trusted relationships, simplifying complex financial decisions, and making banking feel personal and considered.  You’ll manage and grow a portfolio of client relationships, strengthening existing connections and welcoming new clients through referrals and your professional network. You’ll bring together everyday banking, lending, and our market leading wealth proposition, working closely with partners across Private Wealth and the wider Westpac Group to deliver a connected experience.  You’ll keep risk and compliance at the centre of how you work, maintain a strong focus on prospecting and new business, and support clients to make the most of digital services where it adds value.  What do I need?  • Experience supporting client relationships, ideally with High Net Worth clients in private, business, or commercial banking  • Confident lending experience across consumer lending, with business or commercial lending valued  • Sound understanding of credit principles and credit policy discipline  • RG146 Tier 1 and Tier 2 certification, or willingness to obtain, with a desire to build wealth capability  Why join us?  We’re obsessed with becoming our customers #1 banking partner for life and we’re looking for people who are passionate about helping us achieve that goal.
