What You'll Do As a Junior Talent with the PB Middle East team, you will support collaborate with Private Banking colleagues in achieving their financial (Net New Assets, Revenue, Asset Under Management), operational and risk objectives. This is achieved by working in close partnership with Relationship Managers/ Investment Managers/ Account Managers in the day-to-day planning and servicing for the clients. You will be immersed in real responsibilities such as: Assisting PB Middle East Private Banking colleagues in daily tasks Preparing reports, summaries, meeting notes and supporting compliance-related regulatory tasks Learning and applying front-office systems Supporting client relationship teams with onboarding and KYC process(es) of new clients, including documentation and compliance checks Supporting the Sub-Region Head in strategic projects and execution such as expanding the Middle East footprint through offshore and onshore collaboration Collaborating cross functionally with key internal partners including CLM / Compliance / Legal / Products / Advisory and Sales and DB WM’s entire range of product specialists to deliver the firm’s best capabilities, solutions and investment thinking Acting within professional, legal and ethical boundaries and guidelines, in accordance with all internal and external compliance regulations and the Code of Ethics and Conduct Flagging and managing reputational risks and conflict issues The Junior Talent Program is an ideal way of finding out whether a career in Private Banking meets your needs and aspirations.
