Our ambition: To be the #1 proposition for high-net-worths in Australia About the opportunities Private Banker As a Private Banker, you will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of high‑net‑worth clients, delivering tailored banking and lending solutions that support wealth creation and protection. In this role, you will: Grow and manage a portfolio of high-net-worth clients. Deliver exceptional service across banking, lending, and investments needs. Build networks to attract new clients Navigate compliance and regulatory frameworks. Collaborate with Private Wealth teams to unlock wealth creation strategies Private Banking Executive As a Private Banking Executive, you will operate as a senior banker within the team, driving new business growth, managing complex client relationships and acting as a trusted peer and mentor. In this role, you will: Originate and grow a portfolio of high‑value and complex clients Lead significant client relationships and sophisticated lending strategies Drive new business acquisition through strong internal and external networks Uphold the highest standards of risk, compliance and client advocacy About You To be successful in either role, you will bring: Proven experience within Private Banking, Commercial Banking, Premier Banking or similar. Strong relationship management skills and the ability to maintain and grow referral networks. Expertise in consumer/residential lending, including complex lending and investments. A proven ability to develop trusted relationships with high-net-worth clients. A detailed understanding of the wealth landscape and its ability to unlock wealth creation strategies. Tertiary qualifications in Commerce, Business, or related field (desirable but not mandatory). RG146 accreditation (desirable, but not mandatory).
