Barza Consulting is hiring on behalf of an international investment firm based in DIFC, Dubai, for a Relationship Manager-Private Banking.This is an exciting opportunity for a client-focused professional with an established network of High-Net-Worth (HNW) and Ultra-High-Net-Worth (UHNW) individuals across the Middle East.

• Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and manage relationships with HNW and UHNW clients across the Middle East.
• Acquire new clients and expand the firm's private banking and investment client base.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with entrepreneurs, family offices, business owners and affluent individuals.
• Understand clients' investment objectives and provide tailored investment and wealth management solutions.
• Leverage an established Middle East network to generate new business and identify opportunities for portfolio growth.
• Collaborate with investment, product and advisory teams to deliver high-quality client solutions.
• Drive client engagement, retention and long-term relationship growth.

• RequirementsProven experience in Private Banking, Wealth Management, Investment Management or Family Offices.
• Strong track record of managing HNW and UHNW clients.
• Existing and transferable client book or a strong, demonstrable client network across the Middle East is essential.
• Strong understanding of investment products, wealth management and financial markets.
• Previous banking experience is highly advantageous.
• Multilingual capability is essential, with fluency in English and additional Middle Eastern or international languages preferred.
• Established relationships with entrepreneurs, family offices, business owners and/or other affluent client segments.
• Strong business development, relationship management and communication skills.
• UAE/DIFC experience would be an advantage.
