Description
Responsibilities: Sales Initiative Support and Execution Co‑own planning and execution of business initiatives and/or projects with Head of PB/ Head of PB Sales/ Sales Team Managers. Coordinate and run PB sales meetings, prepare reports and presentations that translate data into course of action. Build sales operating rhythms (e.g., weekly pipelines, monthly performance reviews, quarterly strategy refresh) and ensure follow‑through to outcomes. Partner with Product, Marketing and Compliance to launch campaigns and client‑value propositions aligned to PB strategy. Establish and monitor KPIs aligned to business plans and budgets. Oversee frontline activity tracking, referrals, and initiative outcomes. Perform and provide trend analysis and performance insights to management team. Design and enhance sales tools, reports, and dashboards; work closely with MIS for timely, accurate reporting and data integrity. Drive pipeline discipline (stage definitions, conversion metrics, lead hygiene) and RM scorecards (e.g., productivity, revenue mix, risk metrics). Ensure adherence to CIMB PB policies & procedures, CIMB Group Code of Ethics & Conduct, and applicable regulations/ notices/ guidelines from MAS, BNM, and relevant regulatory bodies; promptly report breaches and suspicious transactions. Interface with RMs, Product Specialists, Risk/Compliance, Operations, Finance, MIS, etc. to resolve issues and remove blockers.
