Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE:

Join our dynamic, diverse team at Four Seasons Resort & Residences Whistler as the full-time, Seasonal Private Bar Attendant.
As a Private Bar Attendant, your primary responsibility is to monitor and maintain the minibar in guest rooms, ensuring it is well-stocked and meeting the needs of our guests. You will report directly to the In Room Dining Manager and provide exceptional service to enhance the guest experience.
Hourly wage: $23.50 - $25.50

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Regularly check and replenish minibars in guest rooms, ensuring a diverse selection of beverages and snacks.
  • Verify proper display and expiration dates for all items in the minibar, maintaining cleanliness and organization.
  • Address guest requests for minibar refills promptly and assist with inquiries about minibar offerings.
  • Prioritize guest satisfaction by delivering exceptional service, addressing concerns, and maintaining accurate records of minibar consumption.
  • Monitor minibar inventory levels, order replenishments as needed, and conduct regular audits to prevent discrepancies.
  • Generate daily reports on minibar activities, covering sales, consumption, and restocking needs.
  • Promptly report any damaged or missing items to the In Room Dining Manager.
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, safety guidelines, and alcohol service regulations, holding a valid ‘Serving it Right Certificate- BC.’
  • Collaborate with the In Room Dining Manager and team members to ensure seamless guest services.
  • Assist with various food and beverage tasks as required, supporting In Room Dining operations, including delivering food orders to guest rooms.
  • Stay adaptable to meet the evolving needs of the hotel and its guests.
