About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and reliable Private Chef Assistant to join our team. This role is perfect for someone with a strong culinary background, experience in restaurants, and an eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced, high-end environment. You will act as the Chef’s right hand, supporting with food preparations, event execution, organization, and maintaining a clean and professional workspace.

Responsibilities

• Assist with food preparation and mise en place for private chef services and events
• Support in plating and presentation during service
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and event space
• Provide excellent client-facing service when needed
• Anticipate the Chef’s needs and assist in all aspects of execution
• Ensure smooth operations before, during, and after events

Requirements

• Previous experience in restaurants or catering required
• Strong knowledge of basic cooking techniques and kitchen organization
• Professional appearance and excellent client service skills
• Positive attitude, adaptability, and eagerness to learn
• Reliability and ability to work under pressure in fast-paced environments
• Flexibility for varying schedules depending on events

Training & Growth
This is a unique opportunity to be trained directly by a Private Chef with international experience, including studies at Le Cordon Bleu in France. You will work in incredible venues across Miami and beyond, gaining hands-on experience in high-end private dining and events.
Compensation: Competitive, based on experience
