OVERVIEW

We are seeking a creative and experienced permanent Private Chef to join an UHNW residence near Cambridge, Cambridgeshire. This varied position involves preparing and cooking fresh, organic meals with exceptional flavours for a family of up to four adults and two children.
The ideal applicant will have a passion for seasonal, nutritious cooking, and the ability to create diverse, internationally inspired dishes that are simply delicious.
Start date: October.

Responsibilities of the Private Chef for a private residence in Cambridge, includes:

• Prepare and cook lunch and dinner for usually up to four adults and two children, and occasionally others
• Arrive mid-morning to complete meal preparation for both lunch and dinner services
• Focus on simple, seasonal, nutritious food with lots of flavour using organic ingredients
• Confident at creating varied, internationally inspired menus (i.e., Mexican, Thai Mediterranean, etc)
• Maintain high standards of kitchen hygiene and food safety
• Adapt portion sizes and preferences as required by the family
• Serve lunch at 12:30pm sharp
• Return at approximately 4:30pm to cook and serve dinner at 5:30pm
