Responsibilities:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Private Client Advisor at PHOREE Real Estate, your role will encompass a wide range of responsibilities designed to deliver exceptional results:

  • Achieve Sales Excellence: Exceed industry sales targets and KPIs set by our Head of Sales, showcasing your dedication and expertise.
  • Dedicated Client Services: Provide personalized assistance for clients looking to buy or sell primary and secondary real estate properties, ensuring their unique needs are met.
  • Promote Exclusive Luxury Developments: Promote our exclusive ultra-luxury Dubai-based branded developments and achieve minimum sales targets.
  • Consumer-Facing Presence: Maintain a highly presentable appearance for consumer-facing interactions, including being located within our luxury real estate offices situated in Ultra Luxury Hotels across Dubai.
  • Client Consultations: Interview prospective purchasers, guiding them through their customer journey with unparalleled service.
  • Market Expertise: Advise clients on market conditions, property prices, mortgages, and legal requirements, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor.
  • Property Listings: Secure agreements from property owners in the secondary market for listing their properties.
  • Documentation Mastery: Prepare necessary documents, including listing forms and marketing addendums, ensuring compliance with Dubai’s Land Department and Real Estate Regulatory Agency (RERA) standards.
  • Property Showings: Coordinate appointments to showcase properties to prospective buyers, leveraging your expertise to highlight their value.
