ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re working with a Legal 500 recognised firm known for combining traditional values with a modern approach to private client work. They are currently looking to expand their growing Wills, Trusts & Probate department and welcome applications from candidates of all experience levels—from newly qualified Solicitors and Legal Executives to seasoned Fee Earners.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

You’ll advise a wide-ranging and often high-net-worth client base including:

  • Agricultural and landed families
  • Business owners and entrepreneurs
  • Charities, trustees, and estate beneficiaries

Your day-to-day work may involve:

  • Drafting simple and complex Wills
  • Setting up and managing lifetime and testamentary Trusts
  • Estate administration (including high-value and taxable estates)
  • Advising on Inheritance Tax mitigation and estate planning strategies
  • Lasting Powers of Attorney and Court of Protection matters
  • Business succession planning and family wealth preservation
  • Attending client meetings, including some off-site visits as needed (a driving licence and access to transport is beneficial)
