We welcome applications from fee earners in all areas of law practice.
We are seeking an experienced and high-quality Private Client lawyer to join this team. STEP members and those working towards full STEP membership would be preferred.
Specialising in the areas listed below.
Trust and Estate Practitioners - Estate Planning - Wills - Inheritance Tax Mitigation – Trusts -Estate Administration - Advising on Trusts - Elderly Client Services - Lasting Powers of Attorney - basic Court of Protection work.

Responsibilities
  • Demonstrate extensive knowledge and provide counsel to clients on various private client matters, including wills, trusts, and probate.
  • Manage probate and estate administration matters, including obtaining grants of probate and administering estates in adherence to legal requirements.
  • Establish rapport with clients, exhibiting empathy and professionalism while upholding strict confidentiality.
  • Efficiently organise and manage client files, ensuring precision and compliance with data protection regulations.
  • Maintain meticulous records of the firm’s billing and financial documentation.
  • To be familiar with the SRA account rules and managing client money.
  • Have a proven track record of efficiently and effectively managing a diverse caseload of private client matters.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organisational abilities, with the capacity to handle multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
  • A willingness to share expertise and mentor colleagues as needed.
