COURT OF PROTECTION PARALEGAL

Our well established client are seeking a dedicated Court of Protection Paralegal to join their busy and expanding team.

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

• Law degree or equivalent qualification
• Previous experience within Court of Protection or Private Client work
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Empathy, discretion and professionalism when dealing with sensitive matters

• Assisting with a varied caseload of Court of Protection matters
• Preparing court forms and documentation.
• Liaising with clients and family members
• Attending client meetings and court hearings
• Providing support to solicitors and legal executives within the team
