Responsibilities:
This full-time role will encapsulate a range of responsibilities, including advising on national and international matters such as:
- Payment of liabilities and legacies
- Probate administration
- Attending client meetings to sign documents including wills
- Dealing with receipt of funds
- Assisting with attorney administration and trust administration matters
- Preparation of powers of attorney, attorney admin & trust administration
- File opening, archiving and billing
- Ensuring all files are compliant with internal and external policies
- Pro-active participation in marketing initiatives
