PARALEGAL - PRIVATE CLIENT

My client, a leading, Top 100 Legal 500 law firm within the midlands are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Paralegal to join their Private Client team. This role offers an exciting opportunity for someone looking to contribute to a busy and dynamic department.

• Take instructions from clients (by prior appointment) in relation to straightforward Wills.
• Prepare, explain, and submit draft documents for approval promptly, ideally on the same day or within 24 hours of the appointment.
• Present the firm’s account promptly and secure immediate settlement.
• Refer more complex matters (e.g., trusts, IHT advice) to senior members of the Private Client team.
• Advise on Lasting Powers of Attorney, including preparation and registration following signature.
