PRIVATE CLIENT LEGAL ASSISTANT

SJC is currently managing the recruitment process for a highly reputable, multi service law firm in Rotherham who are looking for a Private Client Assistant to join their high performing Private Client department.

• Assist the Fee Earners with all aspects of their caseloads from inception through to completion
• Assist with Wills, Probate, Estates, Tax and Trusts
• Maintain excellent relationships with new and existing clients
• Draft statements and other legal documentation
• Daily use of the companies case management system
• Assist with all administrative duties
