SENIOR PRIVATE CLIENT SOLICITOR | MAIDENHEAD

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Private Client Solicitor to join a well respected firm. This is a senior role offering genuine scope to shape the department’s future, manage high-quality work, and mentor talented colleagues.
You’ll work alongside a collaborative team including a part-time Associate Lawyer, two full-time Legal Assistants, and a part-time Consultant.

As a senior member of the department, you will:

• Lead and manage the Maidenhead team, driving performance, motivation, and development.
• Oversee workflow and mentor junior team members.
• Deliver a broad range of high-quality private client services, including:
• Wills and estate planning
• Probate and estate administration
• Trust creation and administration
• Lasting Powers of Attorney
• Tax and succession planning for HNW individuals
• Maintain and grow strong client relationships through exceptional service.
• Drive business development initiatives and expand the team’s presence across the Maidenhead and Windsor offices.
• Contribute to the department’s strategic direction and long-term success.
