OVERVIEW:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Private Client Solicitor to join our well-established and expanding team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a senior-level solicitor (8+ years PQE) to take on a high-quality existing caseload while playing a key role in shaping the future of our Private Client Department. The successful candidate will manage a broad and interesting range of matters, acting for a diverse client base including high-net-worth individuals, families and clients with business interests.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

We are looking for a highly skilled candidate with the following qualifications and skills:
· A minimum of 8 years’ PQE in private client work
· Ideally STEP qualified (or working towards)
· Strong technical expertise and a commercial outlook
· Excellent client care skills and the ability to manage complex matters with confidence

The caseload includes, but is not limited to:
· Trust Administration
· Tax Planning Advice
· Probate and Estate Administration
· Complex Inheritance Tax returns
· Drafting Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney
· Potential Court of Protection work
